UKE is operated by Suzhou Shangqishi Sports Goods Co., Ltd. (苏州尚骑势体育用品有限公司).

Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, during promotions or product launches may require additional processing time.

Delivery: UKE ships to the countries and regions available at checkout. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on orders of USD $79 or more. For orders below USD $79, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Tracking: When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take some time to update after handover to the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges assessed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the recipient's responsibility. Customs clearance may cause delays.

Address accuracy: Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
